We accept returns for most items purchased directly from mitodrinks.com, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not qualify for a full refund but may be eligible for partial refunds depending on the condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, beverages, or any items that are susceptible to spoilage.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that are marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
